Hi I’m NJ,  a  13 14 15 16 17 year old who loves baking and patisserie. Here, I will be sharing with you recipes; some mine, some adapted from others, but all tried and tested, yielding excellent results. I hope you enjoy browsing through and will give some of these recipes a try. Having a brother who is allergic to wheat (gluten) and eggs, most of my recipes are gluten and egg free. I started this blog as initially gluten free and eggless recipes would be hard to find. Therefore, in this blog I aim to make gluten free and eggless baking accessible, simple and fun!
